Earth Elementum Strategy

The Earth Elementum is found at the peak of Mount Gemma. Defeating it completes the feat Heart of Stone and grants you 10 Training Points. The Earth Elementum is more difficult than the Nature Elementum, but nothing that can't be dealt with easily enough with a good strategy.

The strategy is quite similar to the Nature Elementum. You will need at least a couple of decent Miscrits with good defensive debuffs like Sludge. It's best to use three debuffing Miscrits if you have them; weaker Miscrits are okay to use as long as they have good defensive debuffs. Put those Miscrits first in your party. For your last Miscrit, use your most powerful physical attacker.

When the fight starts, just continually debuff the Earth Elementum. You should be able to survive a couple of attacks until it uses Sinkhole. If that attack lands, your Miscrit will die. Just start using the next Miscrit to debuff. The Elementum will occasionally buff his Elemental Defense; this doesn't effect the strategy. You should have no problem removing all or most of its Physical Defense before your last Miscrit comes out to attack. You will (hopefully) kill the Earth Elementum in one hit.

Note: If you are using lower leveled Miscrits, you may need to heal yourself with potions a few times to ensure that you hit the Elementum with enough debuffs. I would suggest removing around 70-80 Physical Defense, but I'm not sure as to the exact number required. It will vary depending on the Miscrit you are attacking with.

Alternative Strategies: I want to briefly mention the other strategies commonly used for people who do not have the Miscrits necessary to utilize my primary strategy. You can debuff the Elementum's accuracy to reduce the likeliness that Sinkhole hits. You can also use Poison attacks to wear away at its Health while you are debuffing it or healing yourself.

  1. How soon do you think you can find an easy way to defeat the Wind Elementum when it comes out

  2. Probably pretty quickly. I plan to take it out as soon as I see that it's released. I'm curious to see what improvements they've made to the AI for it though, since they've improved the AI of everything else in Sunfall Shores.

  3. Dude I just heard thats the W.E. will get stronger the longer the battle so you cannot slow play him like the others =[

  4. Yep, I read that too. I wonder if its attacks are going to have a small self-buff added to them. We'll find out tomorrow. :)

  7. OMG! The newest Elamentum is a pain in the but because it is immune to confusion and poison, buffs itself in D, poisons you for[damage is somewhere around 5- 10 maybe idk] 99 turns, so it will alway try to do that to you just like the N.E.,but it has a hole-hll of speed that it beats my level 30 DFP in a race of speed that will take you awhile

  10. Yeah, I may revise it some if I discover better alternatives. I had a lot of people asking me to get one posted though. Unfortunately, the battle with this Elementum is really luck based. If you get hit by Confuse or Relentless too many times you're not going to win no matter what you do. I actually had it kill three of my Miscrits with Relentless back-to-back one of the times I fought it. On the other hand, I almost soloed it with a Blazebit because it kept missing with those two skills.

  11. Haha, I was really lucky with the Earth Elementum. The only thing it used was Sinkhole, so I managed to debuff it without getting a scratch on me. Thanks for the strategy, you're a Miscrits legend!

  14. If you're having too much trouble you may need to wait until you have stronger Miscrits. The Elementums were intended to be difficult. But Flue learns Debilitate at level 22, so you should have at least one defensive debuff.

  15. can i use flutterpat lvl 13, sparkupine, prawnja and equestrion lvl25 to beat the EE? i wanted flutterpat as it learns bright lights(-10% accuracy). do u think this team can beat the EE? btw i've heard that it has now accuracy immune. is that true?

    ReplyDelete
  16. I don't know if they made it accuracy immune or not; I haven't heard anything about it. You might be able to win with that team if you get lucky and land enough debuffs before it kills all of your Miscrits.

  17. Defeated it in my first try! thanks for the strategy!!heres how i beat it: i lowered it accuracy to -40%(it is immune to it so i can't lower it further) then i used 9 Feebler from my flutterpat 9 times. then my flutterpat died due to the freaking 10% hit rate sinkhole which does 999 damage. then when my sparkupine's up, i used claw and each claw was doing like 80-100 damage and i'm fortunate not to get hit by sinkhole again :P Thx again!!

  34. I defeated it with Edison Ray, Afterburn, Bloomane and Tuskalate. I kept reducing it's defenses with my Edison Ray (who had already used Scorched Earth). It's best attack, Sinkhole, actually hit my Edison Ray, but when the Edison Ray had only 14 health left. Finally, my second miscrit, Afterburn, used mighty bash, which did like 2500+ damage. Quite an easy battle, really.

    ReplyDelete
  35. i K.O'd him with one miscrit. i kept on using wailing wind with my tuskalate and killed him with 34 Hp left. no potions, no nothing

    ReplyDelete
  36. Very wrong strategy. You'll need a Miscrit that lower his Accuracy like Craggy. You'll need also to lower his attacks until it reach it into the lowest. His Sinkhole damage is now -21. It's time now to lower his defenses. I'll only use Afterburn and his Mighty Bash damage is more than 2500.

  37. is level 20 miscrits can defeat this?

  38. thank you bro i defeat it with foil deboreas thanks
